Refund Policy

At Edviva Law Associates, we are committed to providing high-quality legal services with integrity and professionalism. Due to the nature of our services, we follow a strict and transparent refund policy as outlined below:

1. Consultation Fees

All consultation fees (online or in-person) are non-refundable, once the consultation has been conducted or confirmed. Time and professional expertise are reserved exclusively for the client at the scheduled time, which restricts our ability to offer refunds.

2. Professional Legal Services

Legal services rendered — such as document drafting, legal opinions, representation, application filing, visa support, petition submissions, etc. — involve time, effort, and intellectual input. Therefore:

• Fees paid for ongoing or completed legal work are non-refundable.
• If a client decides to discontinue services midway, a partial refund may be considered only if no substantial legal work has commenced and subject to deductions for administrative or consultation charges.
• No refund shall be issued once the documents have been filed with the court, embassy, tribunal, or relevant authorities.

3. Visa and Immigration Services

For visa-related or immigration services (tourist, PR, business, spouse, etc.):

• All fees paid towards consultancy, case assessment, form filing, or application assistance are non-refundable once the process has begun or the file has been submitted.
• Refunds are not applicable in case of refusal from embassies, consulates, or immigration bodies, as decisions are beyond our control.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, timely, and complete information and documentation. Failure to do so may affect case progress and outcomes. Refunds will not be entertained in such cases.

5. Special Circumstances

In rare cases where a refund is considered (due to clerical errors, duplicate payments, or administrative reasons), it will be:

• Processed within 30 business days
• Subject to a deduction of bank/processing charges (if any)
• Decided at the sole discretion of Edviva Law Associates

6. No Guarantee Clause

We do not guarantee results or specific outcomes in legal or immigration matters. Our obligation is to provide professional legal support to the best of our ability. Refunds will not be issued based on outcomes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
